The hotel had rooms that were clean and up to date, with thoughtful safety measures in place, though some were very small and lacked windows. The service was excellent, catering to specific tours and offering enjoyable dining experiences. The location was convenient, near plenty of dining and shopping options, although room air-conditioners were noisy at times.

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready at 3:00 as booked 90 days in advance, resulting in a 45-minute wait. The rooms, especially the handicapped one we were relocated to, were surprisingly nice, quiet, and easily accessible, although lacking amenities like a refrigerator and a safe. The motel-style vibes were noticeable.

The hotel is modernized and doesn't have that old DoubleTree feel. The rooms are clean, convenient, and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep though not reaching spectacular levels. The service is top-notch with particular praise for Thea going above and beyond. The location offers easy access to dining options and meeting spaces. The dining experience delivers varied and delicious food options. Overall, a great value for a stay with great service.
